Security guards check in and out at all times of the day and night and from multiple locations. Recording these events accurately and efficiently is challenging and critical to controlling labor costs.
The FBA Time & Attendance module is designed to work with the FBA Sentinel Scheduling module and Payroll module. It can just as easily be integrated with other scheduling or payroll systems.
The schedule reflects the planned work but the Time and Attendance System records the actual hours worked and any deviations from the schedule. This module is critical for keeping accurate records of hours worked which is necessary for any payroll system.
However, this is only one facet of the functionality provided by the module. The system also helps reduce manual labor required for gathering payroll information as it eliminates the need for punch cards or other manual systems. It practically eliminates buddy punching where a Time & Attendance Kiosk can be used and conveniently facilitates communication with employees. The module is flexible enough to accommodate a wide range of needs whether you chose IVR, a self-service kiosk, an application for a smart phone, or a management supervised check-in/out process.
The following is a list of Features and Benefits for the FBA Sentinel Time & Attendance module and to see this module at work along with Scheduling and Payroll, see Case Study
